Our Journey
Since 2015, Dheepaloka Constructions has provided integrated design, construction and interior solutions across Sri Lanka. We started with a simple belief: that construction should be transparent, stress-free, and focused entirely on quality.
Over the years, we have grown from a small contracting firm into a comprehensive design-and-build company. Today, we handle everything from architectural planning and detailed cost estimation (BOQ) to full-scale residential and commercial construction, interior fit-outs, and custom furniture manufacturing.

CIDA (Construction Industry Development Authority) is the apex Sri Lankan government body—formerly known as ICTAD—that regulates, registers, and develops the construction industry. Dheepaloka Constructions proudly holds a C6 Grading from CIDA, certifying our financial capacity, technical expertise, and proven track record in delivering high-quality construction projects up to national standards.
Key Functions & Services
- Contractor Registration & Grading: CIDA manages a grading system (from CS2 to C9). CIDA Registration is mandatory for securing government contracts, helping clients select qualified construction or electro-mechanical contractors.
- Dispute Resolution: It provides non-binding conciliation and mediation services to resolve disputes between clients and contractors amicably.
- The CIDA Formula: CIDA publishes standard formulas used industry-wide to adjust contract prices due to inflation and fluctuations in the cost of labor, materials, and plant machinery.
- Training & Qualification: Through its managerial wing, the Centre for Housing Planning and Building (CHPB), CIDA conducts technical and vocational courses to upgrade the skills of industry professionals and tradespeople.
